Bob was my boss when he was the Sales Manager at Atwell Fleming Printing, Toronto. I had previously been the Sales Manager at Sampson Matthews Printing and Bob hired me immediately after they closed their doors. Bob was a class act. He dressed impeccably in Harry Rosen suits and had high standards. He treated me with kindness and respect and I sometimes looked after his accounts when he was away including Harris Steel Co. and Westinghouse. He certainly left a lasting impression on me.

We were all sad to read about Bob's passing. There are so many of us that worked with Bob at Southam Murray Printing for all those many years. On behalf of all his friends, it was a pleasure to know and work with you. Our condolences to his wife and family.

How fortunate we were to have Bob as a colleague and friend over all those years at Southam and Southam Murray. Singing around the organ at Ernie Brinklow's annual weekend on Georgian Bay, lawn darts at Ern's cottage and lunches at the Boulevard Club; games of 'Shoot' with Alan Pollock, Don Purves and Ernie Denington, Allan Pringle, Denny Bennett and Hed Cross. George Perkins backing up Bob on the business side. Great days with great people.
I know that all our old buddies would and do wish Shirley, Cameron and Liane and the grandkids our heartfelt sympathy
Bob was an esteemed colleague and friend. And all of us were lucky to have him in our lives.
