Ross HARRIS Obituary

HARRIS, Ross - Peacefully, at Creek Way Village in Burlington, on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of the late Margaret Harris. Loving father of David Harris (Nancy) and Beth Butcher (Bryan). Proud grandfather of Aimée, Lauren and Jon. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy. 10, N. of QEW), from 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday. A memorial service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at 11 a.m. For those who wish, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.

My condolences. 4 years late but sincere. I have been thinking of Ross lately and looked up him on the web . Thats how I have realized his passing . Im Bill Graham .,Ross hired me at Super Disposal back in the 1970 ara. Gave me a chance . Coached me , trusted me , Ross everyday a stern leader . Man he could look at you and have that grin and you always wanted to in know way let him down . The digars were his aroma that made any room comfortable . If you happen to read this, I went on in my life to have a a job with Waste management . Made my way to national sale manager. Left their and joined a new year company Philip environmental to enhance their marketing . Decided in 1995 to start my own company . As Ross trusted me he always made me believe and trust myself . I have never forgot his direction . Ive made it in Rosses principles and he was a mentor to my direction in life. Thank you Ross . Bill Graham.
