Trevor Williams Obituary

TREVOR WILLIAMS Passed away suddenly at his home on August 16, 2010 in his 67th year. Trevor was the proud co-founder and President of Automated Systems Inc until his retirement in 2002. After retirement, Trevor could most often be found fishing up at the family cottage on Balsam Lake. He also developed a thirst for travel, with a particular fervour for discovering Southeast Asia and holidaying with family in England. Since emigrating from England in 1968, Trevor embraced his adopted country's passion for hockey and was an avid Leafs fan and supporter of minor hockey. He was honoured to become a full Canadian citizen in 1975. Trevor is survived by his sons Andrew, Stephen and Mathew, daughter-in-law Janice and adoring grandchildren Brooke and Charlotte. He will also be dearly missed by brother-in-law Harold and nieces Margaret and Elaine. Trevor is predeceased by his parents Thomas and Elizabeth. Trevor will be remembered by all for his strong work ethic, boundless generosity and cheeky sense of humour. A service and reception is scheduled at 10 a.m. on Friday, August 20 at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Avenue East. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Trevor's name to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.

Williams family
Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

Trevor was a real friend. We worked together at the Vulcan, both experienced VSO, and played in the same football (soccer) team he was a tiger as a right back.
We also shared many happy memories with Barbara and Danusia.
Rest in peace Trevor.

Dear Steve and family.
We are shocked and saddened by the loss of your dad. Although we only meet Trevor a few times we all thought he was a real spark he made us all laugh and he had some wondnerful tales to tell about his many trips. Hold on to the great memories and he will never be far away.
Our thoughts are with you and your family during this sad time.
