Worked with Dennis for many years at Cof V. He, at all times treated everyone with respect and good nature. In addition, he was extremely knowledgeable in all things electrical. In short he was just a joy to deal with.
Sad to hear of his passing.

Family and friends of Dennis,

Had the privilege of knowing Dennis when we both worked for the City of Victoria many years ago. Although we were in different departments our paths crossed from time to time discussing electrical issues related to fires.

A delightful gentleman with a sly sense of humor, sadly many from our age group have passed. My sincere condolences to the family.
