George was a great guy and lived life to the fullest. Really got to know him when we moved to Edmonton and stayed with him and Verna for a few months - he was very kind and generous to us. We will miss him.

George will be sadly missed by all who knew him. He served our insurance needs for many years in Edmonton. Later, at John Henry's, we enjoyed being entertained by George & his washtub base on the docks of Pender Harbour. His love for music was contagious. Thanks for the lifelong memories, George!
