Roger TWISS Obituary

TWISS, Roger Quintin March 23, 1922 - March 27, 2014 Roger, a WWII and Korean navy veteran, died peacefully in his sleep shortly after celebrating his 92nd birthday. Roger will be lovingly remembered and missed by his friends and family, especially his son Bob Twiss (Kathy); daughters Sandy Miles (Don), Adele Caird (Mike), and Patsy Twiss (Terry); brother Lyndon; and grandchildren Trisha, Tom, and Tyler. His ashes will be scattered in Whaler Bay off Galiano Island. Fair winds and following seas, Grandpa.

Very sorry to hear of roger's passing. My dad Guy Jones and Roger sailed together for many years. My dad always said Roger was his best shipmate. Maybe sailing together again.
