I think that my "Grandpa Luke", as we fondly called him, was possibly the best grandpa to walk this earth. He will be dearly missed by everyone who ever had the pleasure of meeting him. We love you grandpa.
Love always and forever Kim

It was such a shock to learn of our brother in law Norm's passing so soon after our sister Olivia. He was a wonderful member of our family and was loved by all. My heart goes out to his two Girls Sharon and Donna, his Grandchildren and all extended Family. He will be missed more than words can say. Love Edna

Norm shall be sadly missed ; his years as a dedicated transit operator and trainer of new recruits behind the wheel will be remembered with fond memories.

Yesterday was history, tomorrow is a mystery and today is a gift. One of our communities transit "heros" has pulled out from the bus zone to follow a new route on the spare board of spiritual horizons.

We will all miss you Norm and thank you for always being there when your welcomed friendship and trusty steel transit steed embraced the streets of greater Victoria.

Respectfully ; James D. ALLAN---------FORMER TRANSIT OPERATOR OF THE EARLY AND MID 1970'S
