NORTH AUGUSTA - Ryan Clark Charpia and Hayley Rebekah Little were united in marriage at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, July 3, 2010, at Grace United Methodist Church in North Augusta, S.C. The Rev. Dr. Thomas Joseph Lusk officiated. Hayley is the daughter of Mrs. Lisa C. Little and the late Mr. William Herbert Little II of North Augusta. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rex Alspaugh, the late Mr. Rayford Carswell, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Little, all of North Augusta. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina College of Nursing and is employed as a Registered Nurse. Ryan is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Reed F. Charpia, Jr. of St. George, S.C. He is the grandson of the late Mrs. Helen Dalton of North Charleston, S.C. and Mrs. Lessie Charpia and the late Mr. Reed Charpia of Summerville, S.C. He is a graduate of Clemson University and is employed by Dorchester School District 4 as a Teacher and a Football Coach. Given in marriage by her mother, Hayley chose her sister, Lauren Little Taylor of Lexington, S.C., to serve as her matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Leanna Richelle Bussey of North Augusta, Lindsey Michelle Coffey of Greenville, S.C., Louisa Keller Jenkinson of Kingstree, S.C., Sarah William Littman of Stonington, Conn., Dorn Elizabeth Smith of North Augusta, and Jerrica Lauren Snipes of Simpsonville, S.C., all friends of the bride. Ryan chose his father to serve as his best man. Groomsmen were Douglas Neukum Anderson, Jr., Aaron Wilson Beasley, Brian Reynolds Jenkins, and Bobby Kenneth Walters, all of Charleston, S.C., all friends of the groom, Randall Lowndes Charpia of Summerville, cousin of the groom, Rodrick Charles Charpia of Charleston, brother of the groom, and Christopher Grant Taylor of Lexington, brother in law of the groom. Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Palmetto Terrace in North Augusta. The newlyweds honeymooned at the Sandals Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica. The couple resides in Summerville.
