Augusta, GA - Miss Mary Katherine Davis and Mr. Justin Benjamin Oellerich were united in marriage on Saturday, October 6, 2018, at First Baptist Church, Storey Chapel, in Augusta. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Leonard Davis, Jr., of Augusta. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Douglas Leavitt of Statesboro, Georgia, and of the late Colonel and Mrs. David Leonard Davis of Augusta. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Edward Oellerich of Grovetown, Georgia. He is the grandson of Mrs. Billy Ray Fulmer of North Augusta, South Carolina, and the late Mr. Fulmer, and of Mr. and Mrs. James Edward Oellerich, Jr., of Martinez, Georgia.

The Reverend Doctor Rodger Burgess Murchison and The Reverend Mark Timothy Maund officiated at the six-thirty, double ring ceremony.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, chose her sister Elizabeth McKoy Davis of Dallas, Texas, as her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Marguerite Taylor Boone, Meghan Wall Eller and Cassie Elizabeth Jones, all of Augusta; Hannie Quay Parker Capps of Brandon, Mississippi; Sarah Elizabeth Cummings of Memphis, Tennessee; Lauren Ashley Davis of Charlotte, North Carolina; Margaret Anderson Kay of Nashville, Tennessee; Mary Baker Maund of Atlanta, Georgia; Stacey Oellerich Oblak of Evans, Georgia, sister of the groom; Mary Robeson Plunkett of Dahlonega, Georgia; and Jessica Phillips Tyson of Brooklyn, New York. Charlotte Elizabeth Jones of Augusta, cousin of the bride, served as junior bridesmaid. The flower girls were Merritt Davis Jones of Augusta, cousin of the bride, and Lillian Grace Oblak of Evans, niece of the groom.

The groom's father was best man. Groomsmen were Paul Wesley Barnes II and Christopher William Gamblin, both of Statesboro; Willie Benjamin Dukes III, Todd Gregory Oblak, brother-in-law of the groom, and Eric Michael Wagner, all of Evans; Brenton Olaf Edwards of Decatur, Georgia; William Ray Fulmer of North Augusta, cousin of the groom; Benjamin Thomas Johnson of Griffin, Georgia; Steven George McElveen, Jr., cousin of the groom, and Christopher Louis Tankersley, both of Augusta; and Joshua Lee Stringfield of Harlem, Georgia. Ushers were Jerry Thomas Ashmore III and Gould Barrett Hagler II, both of Augusta; Stuart L. Baker of North Augusta; and Jonathan Mitchell Leavitt of Houston, Texas, cousin of the bride.

A program of sacred and classical music was performed by Ryan Alan Kho, violin; Christine Evelyn Crookall, cello; Edward Wayne Lord, organ; Todd Edison Jenkins, trumpet; Coraine Patrice Tate, soprano; and the Davidson Chorale under the direction of Phillip Rogers Streetman.

Following the ceremony, the bride's parents entertained the wedding guests with a seated dinner at the Augusta Country Club. After dinner, the guests enjoyed an evening of dancing to the music of the Voltage Brothers' Band.

The couple will make their home in Augusta where the bride is an associate at one. boutique. The groom is employed by Oellerich Construction Company in Grovetown.
