Kirsten Shell & Matthew DiPiro

ATLANTA, Ga. - Kirsten Charlotte Shell and Matthew Joseph DiPiro were united in marriage on Saturday, May 20, 2017, at Howard House in Atlanta, with Angela Lin officiating.
The bride is the daughter of James and Ingrid Shell of Suwanee, Ga. She is the granddaughter of Jon Norbom and the late Ellen Norbom of Naples, Fla., and the late Charlotte and James L. Shell of Council Bluffs, Iowa. Kirsten graduated from the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy in 2007 with a PharmD degree. She is employed by Wellstar Atlanta Medical Center, South Campus, as a Clinical Pharmacy Manager.
The groom is the son of Joseph and Cecily DiPiro of Midlothian, Va. (formerly of North Augusta, S.C.). He is the grandson of the late Rose and Bernard Victor of Meriden, Conn., and the late Mary and Joseph DiPiro of Ansonia, Conn. Matt graduated from Aquinas High School in Augusta. He is a 2005 graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He is employed by Newcomb & Boyd as an Associate Partner.
Given in marriage by her father, Kirsten chose her sister, Karena Ellen Shell of Dexter, Mich., as her matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Anne DiPiro Dunn of Atlanta, Ga., sister of the groom, and Allison Gosnell of Florence, S.C., and Brandy Carpenter of Atlanta, Ga., both friends of the bride. Flower girls were Catherine Bailey Dunn of Atlanta, Ga., and Margaret Jane DiPiro of Winston Salem, N.C., both nieces of the groom.
Matt chose his brother, Thomas Victor DiPiro of Winston-Salem, N.C., as his best man. Groomsmen were Brent Catalano, Allen Reed, and Tony Henderson, all of Atlanta, Ga., and friends of the groom.
The couple's reception was held at Howard House. They honeymooned in Colorado and reside in Atlanta.
