Castle Hill Cider in Keswick, Virginia was the beautiful setting for the October 26th, 2013 marriage of Miss Charlotte Kay Daimler and Mr. Gregory Vance Couch. Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails overlooking the countryside and later adjourned to the interior space for dinner and an evening of dancing filled with gaiety and delight. The evening concluded with Carpe Donuts, a Charlottesville favorite, and Charlotte and Gregg departing below an arch of sparklers!
Preceding the wedding, a bridal luncheon hosted by Charlotte's childhood friends and their mothers was held at the Fred Nichols Studio in Barboursville. A rehearsal dinner, hosted by the groom's parents, was held at The Local in Charlottesville, Virginia. The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. John Daimler of Newport News. Charlotte graduated from Menchville High School and the University of Virginia. She is employed at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C.
The groom is the son of Dr. Linda Couch of San Antonio, Texas and Mr. James Couch of Windsor, Colorado. Gregg is a graduate of Culver Military Academy and the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. He is a consultant with Accenture in Washington, D.C.
After a honeymoon in Thailand and Cambodia, the couple returned home to Washington, D.C.
