— 65th Anniversary —
James and Annabelle Hurst of Mesilla celebrated their 65th anniversary on Dec. 3, 2019. The celebration was held on Dec. 3rd at the Arizona Inn, Tucson, Arizona. They were married Dec. 3, 1954 at St. Paul's Evangelical and Reformed Church in Staunton, Illinois. They have been residents of Mesilla since 1994. James was employed by Joliet Junior College in Illinois. He retired in 1991 as Professor Emeritus after 35 years teaching. Annabelle was employed as a kindergarten teacher in New Lenox, Illinois and retired in 1992 after 20 years service.
