Mr. and Mrs. William Fults, Sr. will celebrate their 40th Wedding Anniversary December 18, 2016, forty years of loving and honoring each other by first honoring God and His divine tapestry for their lives. William and the former Hester Sanders were married in Albany, GA, December 18, 1976. William, a Vietnam veteran, was employed as a production foreman at Emery's Kaolin Company and retired after 34 years. Hester retired from the Bibb County Public School System after 31 years of teaching English, speech, and drama. They are both active and dedicated members of Unionville Missionary Baptist Church, where Dr. I. E. Mack is pastor. William and Hester attribute the longevity of their marriage to God, each one avowing that they are each other's best friend. They believe that love is one of God's greatest gifts, and He deserves all the praise for blessing them with each other. The couple has three children, William (Cherelle) Fults, Jr.; Carla Fults Esq.; and Jeannine (Curtis) F. Thomas. They have five grandchildren, Taylor Thomas, Eric Fults, Brendan Fults, Curtis Thomas, Jr., and Kinsley Thomas, all whom they simply adore. William and Hester will celebrate their anniversary with a trip to New Orleans, followed by a cruise to Mexico. Their children congratulate them for exalting God and for valuing His gift of holy matrimony. Happy Anniversary, Mom and Dad! We love you!
