Mr. Lester and Angelina Seidel are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Danielle to Shahram, son of Dr. Ghassem and Mary Mangouri. A graduate of Windsor High School and the State University of New York at Oneonta, Danielle teaches third grade at St. Peter Academy in Boston. Shahram graduated Vestal Senior High School and Northeastern University before attending law school in Boston. The couple will be married at St. Mary's Church in Binghamton, NY on August 3rd, 2013.
