Heather C. Stermer, daughter of Ronald and Laurie Stermer of Elmira, New York and Peter McCarthy, son of Mike and Pam McCarthy of Big Flats, New York are pleased to announce their engagement and plans to marry on October 19, 2013 in Elmira, New York.
Heather is a 1998 graduate of Southside High School and is currently employed at Arnot Ogden, Endocrinology.
Peter is a 1995 graduate of Corning East High School and is currently employed at Welliver McGwire.
