Erin Renee Flournoy and Corey Ray Johns were married on Saturday, October 13, 2012. The afternoon ceremony was held at the Maddox-Muse Center at Bass Performance Hall in Fort Worth, Texas. The Rev. Harry Green, uncle of the groom, and Rev. Troy Green, cousin of the groom, officiated the ceremony. A reception followed at the Bass Performance Hall. A rehearsal dinner was held at Joe T. Garcia's, Fort Worth, on Friday, October 12.
The bride is the daughter of Gary and Linda Spohr of Cooper City, Fla. and Brett and Shelly Flournoy of Colleyville, Texas. She is the granddaughter of Doris Flournoy of Winnfield, La., the late Billy Flournoy, and the late Russell and Virginia Morris.
The groom is the son of Kenneth Ray and Gladys Hill Johns of Loretto, Tenn. He is the grandson of the late Eulas G. and Ona Lamb Hill and Mable Johns of Leoma, Tenn. and the late Reeder Johns.
The bride was given in marriage by her father, Brett Flournoy, and family and friends.
Matron of honor was Mrs. Rae Huffman of Mulberry, Fla., friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Stephanie Gardiner of Orlando, Fla., Erin Hoffman of Jupiter, Fla., friends of the bride, and Ashley Sophr of Framing, Mass., sister of the bride. Flower girl was Olivia Baxley of Winnfield, La., cousin of the bride. Ring porter was Gary Sophr of Cooper City, Fla., step-father of the bride.
Best man was the groom's father, Kenneth Ray Johns. Groomsmen were Joel Johnson of Knoxville, Tenn., Richard Reinsch of Carmel, Ind., Adam Thornton of Rogersville, Ala., Bryan Green of Murfreesboro, Tenn., cousin of the groom, Robert Haaker of Dallas, Texas, brother of the bride, and Jason Goodman of Rogersville, Ala.
The wedding director and event designer was Toby Navarre, photography was by Kevin Navarre, and culinary and catering services were provided by Kerri Cook, all of A Sophisticated Affair. Jeff Burris of LeForce Entertainment provided the music.
After a honeymoon in Hawaii, the couple is now residing in Nashville, Tenn.
