Kristin Nichole Gargus and Michael Daniel Clark have chosen May 26, 2013 for their wedding. Vows will be exchanged at 3:00 in the afternoon at Daugherty Farm in Florence with Rev. Scott Barber officiating. A reception will follow at Daugherty Farm.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Gregory and Sheila Gargus of Oneonta, Ala. She is the granddaughter of Billy and Ruth Carter, the late James Miller, Kenneth and Elaine Gargus, and Irene Bailey, all of Oneonta, Ala.
Miss Gargus is a graduate of Appalachian High School and will graduate from The University of North Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education May, 2013. She is a member and past president of Alpha Gamma Delta sorority and is active with Campus Outreach Ministry.
The prospective groom is the son of Danny and Debbie Clark of Florence. He is the grandson of Opal Parker and the late William Parker of Florence, Lester Parker and the late Nell Parker of Moultrie, Ga., Dorothy Clark and the late Bemis Clark of Jacksonville, Fla.
Mr. Clark is a graduate of Florence High School and The University of North Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. He is a member of Alpha Tau Omega fraternity and is active with Campus Outreach Ministry.
