Stables & Duignam
The marriage of Miss Meghan Elizabeth Duignam, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Joseph Duignam of Midlothian, Virginia, to Mr. David Clinton Stables IV, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Clinton Stables III of Reedville, Virginia, took place Saturday, May 18, 2013, at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart in Richmond, Virginia. Father John Krivak and Deacon Emmett McLane officiated. The reception followed at The Commonwealth Club.
The bride is the granddaughter of Mrs. Maryann Gostony of Nazareth, Pennsylvania, and the late Mr. James Gostony, and Mr. Luke Duignam of Tatamy, Pennsylvania, and the late Mrs. Gloria Duignam.
The groom is the grandson of Mrs. Sarah Belle Evans of Farmville, Virginia, and the late Mr. Monroe Evans, and Mr. and Mrs. David Clinton Stables Jr. of Farmville, Virginia.
Miss Kristen Leigh Fust, friend of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Aubrey Duignam, Miss Meredith Duignam, and Miss Elizabeth Duignam, sisters of the bride; Mrs. Jennike Duignam, sister-in-law of the bride; Mrs. Sarah McIntosh, sister of the groom; and Miss Megan Penn, Miss Stephanie McDonald, Miss Hannah Rohle, and Miss Anne-Randolph Scott, friends of the bride.
Mr. Aaron Duignam, friend of the groom and brother of the bride, was best man. Groomsmen were Mr. Matthew Duignam, brother of the bride; Mr. Tom McIntosh, brother-in-law of the groom; Mr. Matt Gilbert, Mr. Miles Horton, Mr. Josh Campbell, Mr. Dylan Vanecek, and Mr. Justin Fulcher, all friends of the groom.
Mr. Travis Stefanik and Mr. Nathan Stefanik, cousins of the bride, were ushers. Miss Mihkayla Stefanik and Mrs. Donna Sabatie were program attendants.
The bride is a graduate of Midlothian High School; Longwood University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders; and Radford University, where she received a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. She is a speech-language pathologist at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia.
The groom is a graduate of Northumberland High School and Longwood University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He is a financial advisor for AXA Equitable in Richmond, Virginia.
Following a honeymoon in Turks and Caicos, the couple will reside in Henrico, Virginia.
