Chelsea Diane Wooten and Colton Ross Lynn were united in marriage Saturday, November 9, 2013, at the groom's parents' home with the ceremony beside the Brazos River. Bro. Dick Wooten was the officiating pastor. On the eve of the wedding, a rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom's parents at their home.
Chelsea is the daughter of Don and Shaye Wooten of Hewitt and the granddaughter of J.R. and Joyce Jones and Doyle and Katherine Andrews, all of St. Marys, Georgia .She is a 2009 graduate of Midway High School and 2010 graduate of ATI. She is the co-owner of Desert Tan in Waco.
Colton is the son of Jeff and Dawn Lynn of Waco, and the grandson of Elayne Lynn and the late Lawrence Lynn, and Betty Davis and the late Howard Davis, all of Waco. He is a 2009 graduate of Connally High School. He is the co-owner of Desert Tan in Waco and is employed by Lynn Properties.
The bride was presented in marriage by her parents and was escorted by her father. Samantha Savana served as the maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Millie Wooten, Caitlyn Moore, Molly Murphy, Emily Peters, and Cassie Johannson. The flower girl was Lauren Lynn, cousin of the groom.
Thomas Patton served as the best man. The groomsmen were Blake Lynn, Jesse Ward, James Quebedeaux, Austin Thomas and David Holy. The ushers were Jeff Wooten, Chance Underwood, Bear Reyna and Jordan Hoel. The ring bearer was Gabriel Wooten, nephew of the bride.
Following their honeymoon to Costa Rica, the couple now reside in Waco.
