Katherine Elizabeth Terrell and Andrew Charles Frank were married Saturday, June 28, 2014 at Highland Park Presbyterian Church in Dallas, Texas. Pastor D. Samuel Dennis of Parkway Hills Baptist Church performed the ceremony. A reception with a seated dinner and dancing was held at the Belo Mansion in Dallas.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Brian D. Terrell of Dallas, Texas, and the granddaughter of Mrs. Birdie York and the late Mr. Marvin D. York of Frisco, Texas, and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Lee Terrell of Plainview, Texas. The bride is a graduate of Yale University, where she received her bachelor's degree in Ethics, Politics and Economics, and of Columbia Law School, where she earned her juris doctor. She practices corporate law at the Dallas office of Vinson & Elkins LLP.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kent Frank of Waco, Texas and the grandson of Mrs. Janice Shanks and the late Dr. John Shanks and Mrs. Frances Shanks of Dallas, Texas and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jack Frank of Dallas, Texas. The groom received his bachelor's degree in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Pepperdine University. He is a graduate of The University of Texas School of Law, where he received his juris doctor with honors. The groom practices corporate law at the Dallas office of Sidley Austin LLP.
The bride was attended by her sister, Miss Laura Terrell, as maid of honor. Mr. Timothy Hartland of Wichita, Kansas was the best man.
After a honeymoon in Hawaii, the newlyweds will reside in Dallas.
