To the Family of Charlotte Kim:
I had the pleasure of working with Charlotte and she made her environment beautiful with her warm smile and her kind nature. She always had words of encouragement and a gentle push that made you look at the brighter side of life. I will truly miss her presence and will treasure the memories of her loving spirit always.

Dear Family,
Please accept our sincere
sympathy for your loss.
Charlotte developed the Systemwide Clerical Co-Chairs
over seven years ago and gave CPL
clerical staff a voice system wide.
Through her support, guidance and
example, we became leaders in the library. We will be forever grateful to her and will remember her always.

Dearest Kim Family:
I know your loss must be overwhelming at this time. My heart aches for you all. Your mother and wife was a wonderful person and I was lucky enough to have be part of my life while I worked at CPL.
She did so much good and helped people throughout the city. Her compassion and caring for people always went beyond most peoples efforts. Everyone that came in contact with her became a better person because of her interaction.
Although I cannot attend the services I will be making a donation to the American Cancer Society in Charlotte's name.
Be strong for each other and always keep her in your hearts.

Dear Ben, Claudia and Patty,
We here at CPL are very, very fortunate to have known your wife, your mother and our dear friend. She was smart, classy, kind and so full of energy. We have missed her kind soul for over 2 years and now must move on, although we will continue to always have her in our hearts. May you continue to seek each other out for the healing ahead.
