Annetta D. Mulvey

Annetta D. Mulvey, nee Dudak, age 88, of Chicago, formerly of Oak Lawn, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2011, beloved wife for 54 years to the late Gerald J. Mulvey; devoted daughter of the late Martha and Nikita Dudak; cherished mother of Holly J. Mulvey; loving and giving sister of Carol Haseltine and the late Alexis (Joe) Roberts; fond aunt of Andrew Haseltine, Daniel Consolazio, Jeanne Stevens, Paul Consolazio, Michael Consolazio, and Stephen Consolazio, and Allison Mihavics, Joslyn Reyes, Leslie Deering, and Jennifer Gaskin. A faithfully cared for friend of Remedios Laigo, Janeth Palanca, and Asheila Yapp. Annetta was a member of the Chicago Shell Club and Morgan Park Junior Women's Club. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 5, 2011 at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, 6559 N. Glenwood Ave., Chicago (some parking at rear of church). A gathering of family and friends will follow immediately after in the church hall. Burial at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Alsip will be private.
