Patricia Rombakis, nee Sorolis, age 81, beloved wife of John Z.; devoted mother of Georgia (Vasilios) Tsaganos; loving grandmother of Fotios, Constantina and Petroula; dear aunt of many nieces and nephews and friend of many. Visitation Friday 4 to 9 p.m. at Salerno's Galewood Chapels, (NICHOLAS M. PISHOS FUNERAL DIRECTOR LTD), 1857 N. Harlem Ave. Chicago Family and friends will meet Saturday afternoon at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, 601 S. Central Ave. Chicago for 12:30 p.m. Funeral Service. Interment Elmwood Cemetery. Pat,I often called you my "Greek Mom"... I am sad and dismayed. I will miss our talks and visits and how many times you made me laugh. Your wisdom touched me often and your passing will leave me with a "big" void. I only know that God brought you, John, Georgia and family together for an important reason. That will remain...
You have been very special to Larisa and I and hold a special place in our hearts. We will always have special moments and memories. Rest in Peace and know you are loved and have been loved by many.
