WALTER WALLACE Obituary
Walter Wallace, age 91, of Chicago, passed away on May 27, 2011. Walter is survived by his children April (Jeff Burger), Richard (Nicki); wife Georgia (nee Baker); grandchildren Sandy, Aaron, Jaimie, Chelsi, Adam and Jacki; great-grandson Noah; brother Don (Poonie) Cursoe; sister-in-law Wanda Ciuzak and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his daughter Deborah; parents Karol and Mary Ciuzka; siblings Rose (Hank) Wojda, Sally LaCerra and Mike (Wanda) Ciuzak. Walter was a WWII veteran and recipient of two Bronze Stars. He was also a member of CCC's. Visitation Thursday, June 2, 2011 beginning at 5 p.m. until time of Funeral Service at 8 p.m. at G.L. Hills Funeral Home, 745 Graceland Ave., Des Plaines, IL. 60016. Memorials may be made to Rainbow Hospice. For info please call (847) 699-9003.
