Courtney was one of the most gentle, kind hearted people I've known. I worked with her at the Mount Prospect Public Library, and my memories of her will always bring a smile to my face, and a lift to my spirit. My prayers go up for her, and your family. She will be missed, and remembered, by many. Thank you for so generously sharing her journey with us.

Maltas Family-
I am so sorry to hear the sad news-Courtney has been such a good friend of mine for 32 years. We had such great times together.
My your wonderful memories help to keep her spirit alive-she was such an inspiration to the very end. Her sense of humor was still there, even on my last visit home to see her a month ago.
Tho I can't be there for the services, please know that I will be there in spirit, thinking about and praying for all of you.
