Deb and Family,
So sorry about the sudden loss of Jay. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time. For the short amount of time that I got to spend with Jay he surely will never be forgotten. He was quick witted and never short of words especially about his "beloved" Packers... I will always remember the hearty laugh and smile. Coby Burslie

We are so sorry to hear of Jay's passing
although we have not kept in contact in the past few years i have always consider him to be one of my best friends and have had him and your family in my thoughts many times.
I regret not seeing him lately.
I know how much he will be missed.
