Memories and Condolences
for Francis Navin

Not sure what to say?

I recently learned of Mr. Navin's passing. I cried. Mr. Navin was my 6th grade teacher at Hall's Cross Roads Elementary school in 1966. I never forgot him and have spoken very highly of him throughout the years. He taught us all, as children, the importance of respect for each other, something I carry on to this day. He had such an impact on me as a child. What a blessing he was to me and every child that had the opportunity to have him as a teacher. May condolences to your family. May God bless and comfort you.

Frank was an outstanding professional when I worked with him at Forest Hill Elementary. He was dedicated, yet approachable. He knew the community and cared about its people. I am my 40th year of teaching now, and I still recall fondly his wisdom and sense of humor. He stands out in my memory, and I am thankful that early in my career I was privileged to have his guidance. Prayers.
