Charles F. Howell, 87, of Kingston, passed away Thursday, Dec. 8, 2016, in Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore.
Funeral arrangements are pending from Nat & Gawlas Funeral Home, 89 Park Ave., Wilkes-Barre.

So very sorry for your loss. Charles was a great friend & neighbor to us @ Harvey's Lake. We spent countless hours with him @ the picnic table discussing the world & our families. His outgoing personality & warm smile will always be a happy memory. May God give comfort to all of you.
