Debra E. Hosefros, 63, of Plains Township, passed away Monday, Feb. 20, 2017, in Wilkes-Barre General Hospital surrounded by family.
She was born in Philadelphia to the late Carl and Martha Ferguson Miller. She was a graduate of Northeast High School.
She established her career in retail management before retiring in 2014 to help care for her grandson and "granddog" Lexi.
Born into a racing family, she loved attending NASCAR races and was a huge fan of Dale Earnhardt. In her spare time she enjoyed shopping and spoiling her family with gifts.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Albert Hosefros; her longtime companion, Michael Degrazia; and her brother, Carl Miller Jr.
She is survived by her daughter, Crystal Kominski and son, Tyler, Plains Township; niece, Tammy Degrazia and husband, Christian, Beach Lake; and sister, Beverly Reynolds, Southampton.
Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family from Yeosock Funeral Home, Plains Township.

My heart is filled with sorrow upon hearing the news. Your mother was a great woman and a good friend. She will be truly missed and will always be remembered. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

My prayers and love are with you always. I have a broken heart but deep down I know how strong a women you were, and how much you gave to everyone in your life. You are at peace and in God's loving arms with Mommy and Daddy Al, Mike, and lad and Midge. You will always be sorely missed. I love you forever with every tear I shed, love Sissy.
