Grace Blystone Obituary

Grace Marie Blystone Services for Mrs. Grace Marie Blystone (nee Harstad) will take place a 2 p.m. Saturday, April 5, at Elmwood Cemetery, 2905 Thatcher Road, River Grove. Born March 6, 1918, she went to her eternal rest Wednesday, April 2, 2008. Grace was loved by many and will truly be missed. She was the loving wife of the late George Harold Blystone; beloved mother of James J., George H. Jr. (Ann) Blystone and Nancy (Cliff) Stetter; proud grandmother of James, Nicole, Remy, George III and Brynn Blystone, Matt and Jeff Studt, and Roger Baumgarner; dear sister of Arlene (Jim) Fogarty and Leroy (Maryann) Harstad, and the late Beverly (Jim) Krisik and Robert Harstad; and fond aunt of many. A special thanks to Dr. Cary Bortnick and all the staff at Alexian Brothers Hospital for making her journey peaceful. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Salvation Army or a charity of choice.
