To the family of Mrs. Pat Jones:
I am deeply saddened to hear of your loss but find great comfort in knowing she is in a much better place. Although I only knew her a short time, I was immediately drawn to her magnetic personality and sincere love for people and God. In fact the last time we spoke she was sharing with me how much she loved her church and that distance was not a factor for her because she'd found a place of worship where the Spirit reigned supreme. I am so thankful to have met Mrs. Pat. We all loved her but her Father loves her sooo much more.

Pat was greatly loved by ALL.......Family, Church Family, co-workers and many, many friends. We, at New Life Church will truly miss that melodious voice,.....but we know that she is now singing with God's angels and probably directing His "Women's Choir". We thank God that He allowed us to experience her wonderful presence in our lives and we will forever keep her memory dear in our hearts.

Family, you are constantly in our prayers and please know that we are always there for you. Quita, Chris and JoJo, stay strong in the Lord, keep the faith and trust in the love of Jesus. Know that we will all see your mom again someday in that "Great Praise and Worship Team" in the sky!

My sincerest thoughts and prayers are with the family of Patricia Jones, a woman who exemplified and embodied genuine love for God, unconditional love for her family, joyful Christian service to God and heartfelt compassion for people. I was blessed to meet and know her through my acquaintance with Sherman and his God-given talent as a percussionist. She was so proud of him every time he played the drums and made it known to me unequivocably that she was his mother the first time I met her, and we instantly became friends. To know her was to love her, and her kind, gentle spirit will never be forgotten. Indeed it is true that she is in a better place where there was a mansion already prepared for her ... a place where there will be no more tears, fears or pain ... a place where the presence of the Lord and fullness of joy dwell. May the peace of God that surpasses all understanding keep and guard the hearts and minds of the Jones family and all who cherish the memory and legacy of Patricia.

To the Family of Pat Jones:
I would like to express my heart felt sympathy to you all. I have watched Pat down throught the years at church and I can say without a doubt that she was a Godly woman, who loved and served God. As the book of Psalms states : "Blessed in the sight of the Lord is the death of one of his saints." I know that Pat is rejoicing knowing that she has finally moved from labor to reward and she is praising around the throne of Jesus.
To the family especially her children, take confort in these words. As the days and weeks go by remember to look to the Lord who is your sustainer and strenght during this trying time. As Christians we can be assured that we will see her again one day.
Finally my prayers and thoughts are with you all. Be blessed and stay encouraged..

Yours in Christ

May God be the glory, to such a very warm and considerate person that I have had the pleasure of working with through my years at Swan Cleaners. May you the flowers that she has produced (Quita, Jo & Chris + her loving grands Christian & Gabreille) find comfort in our Lord during your loss. I've enjoyed talks that she would give me in sharing her belief and faith in Christ, for God has placed her as a very special flower that we one day will see again. May the Lord keep on blessing her entire family for she is Free from pain and has all the gain that we one day will see too. She will always be in our hearts, and will be very much missed.

Quita, JoJo Chris, Chritian and Gabreille, We love you and we will always be there for you when you need us. We loved Pat like she was our own birth sister. Please remember all the good times we all shared and the trips and all the fun and laughter. And please do not forget the holidays and any day get togethers we had. Remember the ice storm in Williamsburg on Christmas Eve and we all piled up at our home. That was the best Christmas even. We are family.
Never forget the things that your mother and nana taught you about loving Christ. She gave you a gift that is more precious then anything else in this world" An example of how a Woman of God should be.
Your mother and nana fought a good fight and she kept the faith and now God has called his daughter home to be with him. I can imagine what God told her when she entered the gates, " Come unto me my child and suffer no more, I love you." I can just see Pat now. She is up in heaven just singing and shouting and rejoicing. We loved Pat and she will always be a part of our lives because she has left such a tremendous imprint on our hearts.
