Jean Carolyn Carroll

ALBEMARLE, N.C. - Jean Carolyn (Forbes) Carroll, 73, died Friday, Aug. 15, 2008, at Lutheran Home of Albemarle.
Mrs. Carroll was a homemaker a member of First Presbyterian Church, Albemarle.
She was the daughter of the late Joseph Earl Forbes and the late Annie Lawrence (Burnette) Forbes. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Dean Carroll and daughter, Faith Anne Carroll Morgan.
She is survived by her son, Dean Carroll of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; daughter, Jeannie (Carroll) Belk and husband, Brad of Lexington, N.C.; grandchildren, Drew Morgan, Caroline and Meredith Belk; sister, Betsy Ann Tignor of Hampton, Va.; and loving caregiver, Mary Butler.
Arrangements are being handled by Hartsell Funeral Home - Albemarle, P. O. Box 7, Albemarle, N.C., where the family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 16, 2008. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. today, Aug. 17, at First Presbyterian Church, Albemarle with the Rev. Elizabeth Asycue officiating. Interment will be at Stanly Gardens of Memory in Albemarle, N.C.
