Robert Carlton Obituary
He was preceded in death by his mother, Edna Carlton.
Wayne is survived by his wife of 13 years, Elaine; his father, Robert Shelton Carlton and his wife, Janet; his three sons, Robert Winston Carlton and his wife, Laurie, Richard Wayne Carlton, and Ryan Webb Carlton; one grandson, Aaron Bailey Carlton; a sister, Judy Jenkins; a stepdaughter, Barbara Sullivan Coates, her husband, Woody, and their son, Cassidy; a stepson, Liam Sullivan, his wife, Susan Lacefield, and their son, Peter.
Wayne was a member of the Oaktree Hunt Club.
A memorial service will be held 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 6, at Hickory Neck Episcopal Church, 8300 Richmond Road, Toano, Va.
