Dear Alice, Joyce and Amy,
My heart goes out to you and your family. I enjoyed seeing all of you when Mom, Martha, David and I came out. I have always enjoyed listenng John play his music.
Mom is so upset that she is not able to be with you at this time. I am sure her prayers are with each and everyone of you as are mine.

Dear Alice, Joyce, and Amy,
I cannot tell you what John meant to me. I met him in Choir when I came to Orcutt. He usually sat right behind me in our practices. I missed him so much when he had to stop singing with us. Our bass section was never the same. Playing with him on Sunday nights was humbling. He was so good and I was so nervous! He'd always tell me that I'd do fine and not to worry. He was always encouraging. I am so blessed to have known him and loved him. Jean-Pierre sends his condolences and thoughts from France. It was a great pleasure for him to hear John and me play.
You have my deepest sympathy, love, and prayers. If you need anything, please let me know.

Dear Alice & family,
We were sadden to hear of John's homegoing but are comforted by knowing he is with the Lord. We hold dear the memories of our time together in Bible studies and fellowship. Our church was blessed to have had him as choir director. You have our deepest sympathy, our prayers and love,

Dear Alice and family,
Heaven will be a happier place now that John has arrived to play his guitar and lead in the praises. We were all blessed to have known him. He was a quiet, gentle man except when he was singing and strumming and then everything in him was smiling. I feel for your loss as I lost my husband 11 years ago BUT we both know where they both are and that helps me every day.
