Butch was a cousin of mine that I probably only saw 3 or 4 times but I will always remember him. In 1968 my ship was in the yards there and he had me stay at his home and did everything he could to make me comfortable. My condolences to his family.

Hi Kelly, Susan, Sharon, and Amy - Mom called me and told me that your Dad had passed away. I just wanted to tell you how sorry I am for you all. It's always hard when a parent dies. It's been a long time since I have seen you, but I hope you are all doing well. Mom wanted to send all of you a card, but we don't have an address for any of you. So she might send you a letter to your Dad's house just to let you know that she is thinking about you. Kelly - if you get a chance, email me so we can catch up. May God comfort you all over the next few days and weeks - Nancy Jackson

Butch was a great friend. We went to Pulaski High School together and played football. He was a great player who hit as hard as anyone. However, he was a great friend who was always friendly and everyone I know thought the same of him. God bless his family with peace and comfort that only He can give. Grace and strength to all his family and friends. Porky Cox - Class of 1959

I have known Butch for years and he has always been such a gentleman. He was a man of his word, if he said he was going to do something, you could count on it. My prayer is that God will be with and comfort his family.
