Gosh, I just don't know where to start. Buz was a great mentor and wonderful person to work with at VCU Academic Computing. He encouraged me and believed in me when no one else did. He was a major influence in my career decision. He will be greatly missed but never forgotten.

It was a great honor to work with Buz and the rest of the wonderful staff at Academic Computing on the MCV campus so many years ago, when I first arrived in Richmond. Buz was always smart, helpful and kind. He was liked and appreciated by so many people. We will all miss him. Our prayers and thoughts are with his family and friends.

Joyce and I will continue to lift each of you up in our prayers. The only peace one can find in a time like this is to look at God's Word and listen to Him as He speaks to your heart. If we can ever help, please remember to let us know.

Buz, i remember hiring you at MCV
you were a great employee
quiet, tall, and smart
i remember that we'd sit eating lunch at the Egyptian Building and watching the people walk by - fun, huh?
