Robert Boyd Obituary
Robert was a member of the Travelers Rest Hunt Club.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Hook, and stepfather Robert M. Hook; father, Ivy T. Boyd, and stepmother, Rebecca Boyd; two brothers, Thomas A. Boyd and Robert Michael Hook III; five sisters, Kimberly Diaz, Angela Hoag, Jami Salvio, Amy Pelfrey and Kristina Cossett; grandmother, Reppie Moore; and numerous loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Memorial services will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 3, 2008, at Peninsula Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Dr. Danny Owens. Burial will be private.

To all of the family - want you to know that my thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this time of such great loss. It is hard to believe that Gene has passed. I hope that the many memories of Gene's life sustain you during this most difficult time. So, so sorry.

Mary, Bob, and Bobby...our sincere condolences in the loss of Gene. I know this is a difficult time for you and we just wanted you to know we are thinking about you. Even though it has been many years since we have seen any of you, we think of you occasionally. Also, Angela and Karen ask about you from time to time. I hope to see or hear from you soon.
