To all the family of Lum,
We just want to express our deepest regret in his passing. We were so grateful for this man. If it had not been for him selling us his store we would not have had the opportunity to have met such good people in the Shacklefords area and surrounding areas. When we moved into K&Q in 1998, Lum was the one that opened the door for us to be welcomed into the community. It took some time for some to welcome us, but once others saw what we had to offer, which was just the kindness within, we grew to love this community. Lum you will be sadly missed. We just want to say thanks Lum for what you did in our lives in helping us grow in this area. Thanks for all your hair cuts and conversation while the cuts were going on. There were no cuts like Lum's cuts. Truly you will be missed, not just for your hair cuts but for the man we knew and appeciated.
Thanks again.
Sincerely from our hearts,
Buddy & Betty Jo Seal

My memories of Lum are of a good and gentle man. I made sure when my son needed his 1st haircut 18+ years ago, Lum was the only one to do this. Keep your good memories close to your heart. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you.
