ALBRIGHT, JAMES F. "JAY," 72, of Mt. Washington, KY, passed away Sunday, May 16, 2010 at his home.
He was a retired lab supervisor for DuPont, a member of South Jefferson Baptist Church and the Salt River Masonic Lodge 180. He was an avid bluegrass fiddler and gardener.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Carol Webb Albright; two daughters, Kathy Barker (Dave) and Kari Crum (Bruce); two sons, Tim Albright (Tonyoa) and Steve Albright (Becky); a brother, Wesley Albright; nine grandchildren, Adam, Allison, Tom, Steven, Nathan, Cameron, Shelby, Connor, and Zachary; and five great-grandchildren.
His funeral service will be held at noon Thursday at W.G. Hardy Funeral Home Valley Station, followed by burial Bethany Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held from noon-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorial gifts may be made to the South Jefferson Baptist Church Building Fund.
