Palmer family,

Like so many touched by Mark's life, I am another. I can't say I knew Mark nearly as well as any of you but I can say I recognized God in his life the very first time I saw him! I attended BBC with Mark and I'll admit that I was a secret admirer for a long time. Thanks to all my friends, it wasn't secret for long but it's true that his leadership, love for God and passion for ministry was so great that others were automatically drawn to him! I'm honored to have known him. My prayers are with you as you mourn your loss and rejoice in his homecoming with our Savior!

Micah, your mom and dad were two beautiful people and I know that those in your life now will make sure you know that forever!

Amy, my prayers continue to be for your comfort and strength during this time!

Micah--

I was your dad's freshman roommate at college. Real men (like your dad) love God. May you see the Father through your father and the legacy he left for you.

Dear Amy, I,like so many others who have written, am so saddened that Mark has lost his battle with cancer. I have read Mark's blog since I heard about Jennifer on a prayer chain from her Aunt. I rejoiced as he told of you and shed tears as he told of struggles. If you knew how many lives you BOTH have touched you would be amazed. I am so grateful to God that you found such an amazing love that so many search for, I thank God that he brought you this love so that you could become Micah's mom and I give thanks that Mark is in peace but I shed tears that you both had to lose so much for us to learn these lessons and follow your journey. Pease continue to keep up the Palmer blog so we can pray for you while you shed tears and give thanks when you and Micah have joyful days. I also want to thank you for helping to bring me closer to God. It was YOU and Mark, together as a team. You were his rock..we could always tell. May you find peace in knowing that you are wrapped in the prayers of so many friends and strangers. May you keep these blogs so Micah can see how much his father, and he and you, meant to all of us. Love and prayers to you this sad week and the the following times of grief. Prayers also that you may heal and that you again can share incrediable stories of you and Micah's life. They say God doesn't give you more than you can handle...he must know your strengths and that you have Mark and Jennifer looking down and giving thanks to you. Amen and peace this time of Lent. Nancy
