Dad,

I love you so much! I miss you and I wish you were still with us! You are loved by so many people Dad. It was overwhelming to see all of your friends in one place at one time. They are all filled with the sorrow of your passing. So many tears for a guy they loved being around,as they had to say farewell friend until we see you again. Somehow in my moment of pain I found a small piece of comfort knowing that so many loved you.Dad you were a wonderful man and had the ability to touch people's hearts and minds with your actions and words. You were just fun to be around!! We will all miss you! So for now it is farewell Dad until I see you again. I have to believe I'll see you again because without that I have no hope. Thank you Dad for all the beautiful memories! I know that you will be with me all the days of my life.

All my love,

Your son Rich

I wanted to let you know that you are all in our prayers. Thou I have not seen Dick in many years, I thought of him often, everytime I saw someone riding there bike or watching triathlon races on TV. Dick and I spent a lot of time together training and it was a time in my life that I will cheerish forever. He was a great training partner and friend. So many times I said I was going to stop in and say hello, boy do I regret that now. Any way I just wanted to let you all know what a great man he was and that he will always be in my thoughts.
