Lynn and I are very saddend to learn of John's passing. He was the smartest, most pragmatic, Human Resources executive with whom I ever worked. His most striking ability was that of being able to see both the management and employee side of every quandry, and decided every issue with fairness. A wonderful person!

I worked with John years ago. He was tough and incredibly intelligent --and he taught me everything I know about HR. His ethics were above reproach. He demanded the best from his staff and we willingly gave it because of his leadership and grace. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. He was a great guy and will be missed.

Dear Family, Friends and Relatives of John.
Although I did not know him personaly, I knew of him through Joyce and Herb Lins.
He was a kind, intelligent and compassionate man with a good sense of humor too. May his good memories sustain you all as you grieve his physical presence, but rejoice that there is another angel in heaven.
Shalom, Betty Lins

My condolences to all of you. I had a car, so I picked up John in Brooklyn in Aug 1958 and the two of us drove to Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX where we both entered active duty. He was a good man. My wedding anniversary is also 4-25-59.
