John "Tubby" Pacheco, Jr., age 69, of Fall River, passed away Saturday, July 28, 2012 at St. Luke's Hospital, New Bedford, MA. Tubby served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War where he earned the Sharpshooter and National Defense Medal. He was a member of the Sidewinders Motorcycle Club for over 40 years. Besides motorcycle riding, he enjoyed making models and airbrushing. He is survived by his three brothers, Robert Pacheco of Swansea, Dennis "Superkraut" Pacheco of Warwick, RI and Wayne J. Pacheco of Fairhaven. He was the son of the late John W. Pacheco and Theresa (Borges) Cravino and also the brother of the late William Pacheco. Tubby's funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at 12:00PM in the BOULE FUNERAL HOME, 615 Broadway, Fall River, MA. Visitation will be held prior to service from 10:00AM to 12:00PM.
