Peacefully on Friday, February 15, 2013 Kyleigh Cromwell-Snead went home to be with God. A Memorial will be held on Saturday, February 23 from 1:00 PM until time of Release of the Lantern at Kyleigh's Creek 615 Early Drive, Broadway, VA 22815.
Kyleigh was born at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Northern Virgina. Life expectancy was projected two days at most due to microcephaly, lissencephaly, cerebral palsy spastic quadrapeligia, intractable epilepsy, and failure to thrive. Kyleigh was a beacon of hope, inspiration, and a teacher to many. She demanded attention to fragile subtleties overlooked by most people. Not one day did she allow her profound medical obstacles deny her the joy of being loved, happy, and comfortable. Kyleigh lived one complete decade.
Survived by Mother, Shawna Cromwell, father, Michael Snead, sisters, Brittani, Caitlin, Jourdan, Cheyenne, Grandmother Marcia Stokes, host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family. Preceded by Grandparents Jack and Yen Snead.
