She also is survived by 12 grandchildren, Samuel, Lauren, Sherrie, Erica, Matt, Caity, Emily, Wesley, Tabatha, Tasha, Daniel, and David and six great-grandchildren, Christopher, Shyanne, Shamus, Alyssa, Lilly, and Elian. "Her children arise up, and call her blessed" Proverbs 31:28.
Wendy had a servant's heart; her life was a testimony of honesty, hard work, living within your means, generosity, and unselfish service towards others. She lived her life for God and loved sharing His Word with all those that would hear. Wendy was a very vibrant, energetic and artistic woman. She loved to work with her hands building and fixing. She also had a passion for flying. Later in life she pursued her lifelong dream and obtained her pilot's license. She spent many hours flying her Cessna 172 Hawk XP for eleven years. We will miss her physical presence but her Godly legacy will remain in the many friends she made and the loving family she has left behind.
"But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."
