Don and Deborah Ohm
July 9, 2015
Hello, Pat and your great clan. From Don and Deborah Ohm, though a bit late, we share in your loss. Our days shared with Dwight, you,and often your family will always be a bright spot. Your encouragement in our early ministry years have never been forgotten. Though health has been a challenge for your man for some time, his absence will be your challenge. A book I was reading said that death is God's way of saying, "Your table is ready". One day soon we'll all sit down together. We send our love and caring across the miles.

I was very surprised when my wife, Della showed me this. I knew Dwight almost 50 years ago at First Bible, when Jim Modlish was there, when on to BBC and am now assoc Pastor at a small church here in central Louisiana. We, and our church will be praying for you all over the coming days. Mark and Della Barbee.

Pat,
I just read Dwight's obituary in the paper and wanted you to know how very sorry I am for your loss. You may not remember me, but you surely remember my parents, John and Helen Allen, who used to live across the street from you on Spring Ln. (where my husband and I now live). You and Dwight were very kind to my parents, who were grateful to for your help as they got older. They are still alive (103 and 98) in the Health Care Center at Larksfield Place. I wish peace and good memories for you and your family.

Pat and family. So sorry to hear of Dwight's passing. Praying for your peace as you go through this difficult time. I have fond memories of him teaching my sunday school class at First Bible. He always loved to talk about sports which made going to sunday school fun! Although that was many years ago I remember the impact those sunday school classes had on me. He will be missed and remembered.

There have been few men in my life that I have admired and respected as much as Dwight. The example he set as a Christian, loving husband and father was very inspiring to me personally. I greatly appreciated his life. It was an honor to have him as a friend. Phil Schepis
