Jeraldine Judith Lutt was called home to be with her heavenly Father on Sunday, Oct. 4, 2015. Service: 11 a.m. Friday at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Keller. Rosary: 6 p.m. Thursday at Mount Olivet Chapel. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the American Heart Association. Jeri was born Oct. 1, 1943, in Mission. She graduated from Valley Mills High School. Jeri met her husband of 52 years, Robert Lutt, whom she married June 3, 1963. They moved to Fort Worth shortly thereafter where they raised four children. She spent over 35 years working in the medical field, dedicated to the health and well-being of others. Jeri was not only dedicated to her work, but also to her co-workers who became lifelong friends. She always thought of others before herself. Jeri enjoyed traveling with her family and learning the history and cultures along the way. She loved nothing more than being surrounded by her loved ones. She accomplished this by orchestrating monthly birthday parties, holiday gatherings, Sunday dinners and family reunions. If her family didn't gather at their home, she gladly joined them at barbecue cook-offs, favorite restaurants or in her kids' and grandkids' favorite activities. She was the family matriarch, our rock and our anchor, the one who kept the family grounded throughout life's trials and celebrations. Jeri was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who enriched our lives by her very existence. She will be greatly missed by all those who love her, including her faithful furry companion, Anna. Jeri was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Virginia Carter. Survivors: Husband, Robert Lutt; sons, Danny and wife, Susie, Randy and wife, Kelley, Andy and wife, Rhonda; daughter, Angela Lutt; grandchildren, Bobby, Jacob, Lauren, Wyatt, Victoria, Brooke and Evan; brother, Tommy and wife, Cherylane Carter; sister, Debbie Schmidt; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
