Bill Walsh was so much more than a great football coach. He was a decent and sensitive man who cared deeply about others. He was akin to a priest, a monk, a holy man. I think of you often, Bill, and miss you.
He never lost his temper on the side lines and always kept his cool
To state the obvious, he was a genious. He made me a fan. He will never be forgotten.
I am blessed to have had the opportunity on several occasions to talk with Bill. I will always remeber him as one of those great men missed by all who knew him and knew of him. He has changed the face of the NFL forever and his legacy will never fade. God bless you and keep you.
