When i heard the news i immediatly started crying. Megan was such a great friend! She was very pretty and had a really funny laugh! She made great drawings of me in the 6th grade, that i still have. I have many memories of Megan, like when she won the lip sink contest and in third grade when she kicked her foot in the air and her shoe landed on the roof. One of the staff member ended up having to get and all i remember was that me and megan were laughing so hard. Also we did our science project together. After we were done with it i remember going outside with her and running in the sprinklers( we were little ) and when her mom came she was all wet!
Megan i will miss you forever! i will never forget anything!

Deborah,

Carol told me about Megan today (08/16/09) and tears came to my eyes. I pulled out pictures of her in our Girl Scout troop and I had wonderful memories of her beautiful smile. God has her in his care now. My love to you and your family. Please reach out to me if I can ever help or offer you some pictures I have. Much love,

Megan was my best friend. We had sooo many good times. Remembering back to grade school when we first met to more recently when we would go to cheer on the Phoenix Coyotes. <3 (Peter Mueller) <3 I will never forget her laugh or her smile. She was a very beautiful girl. Whenever we had a sleep over I never wanted it to stop. I would always have fun when I was with her. Ronnie also made good memories, from having fun with pillows to jumping on us when we were sleeping. Soccer was another thing Megan and I did together for several years - two practices a week and soccer tournaments. And the Washington DC trip over Spring Break, that was amazing. We would always mess around on the bus by tickleing each other and making funny faces. I could tell her any secret and I knew that she would keep it. When we played video games it was always a challenge to beat her. Or when playing rock band, I could not ask for a better drummer. She was never shy to let someone know the truth. Megan is my best friend and nothing can ever come between that..thanks for all the fun times. I love you!! Mr. and Mrs. Lee and Morgan - stay strong. I love you all!!

I am very sorry to hear about Megan. I coached her for a season and did some private lessons.

Forever seems so long a time as we are here today, But beautiful Megan now has a view from the balcony of Heaven. She now has found the perfect place where sorrow and tears are no more, Now waiting in the comforting arms of the Lord for you and I. Although she 's gone ahead of us to that Eternal Land, I know for sure she is safe and blessed. And one day we will see her shining face again.

Dear Paul, Debbie, and Morgan,
We were in No. Calif.when we heard the tragic news. We were all terribly shocked and couldn't believe it. On Tues. night, Maddie was on the S.F.Wharf carefully picking out a T-shirt for Megan. Megan was Maddie's best friend and our family loved her very much. She was always a joy to have in our home. While heading home from Ca. we were all numb. As we attended her beautiful funeral, we know that Megan is at peace. Your family will continue to be in our prayers.

I had the honor of being Megan's science teacher this past year at Hillcrest. My first impression of Megan was her ability to light up the room with her smile. From the first week of school, she opened up her heart to me and our class and shared stories of her family during our Character Counts time. I could tell right off the bat how special she was and how important her family and values were to her. She would sometimes spend her lunch with me sharing her hopes and heartaches.

Middle school can be such a difficult time in a child's life, and she never feared to stand up for what she believed in. For that, I admire her immensely.

I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that Megan is now sharing her days with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Paul, Debbie, and Morgan, I extend my sincerest condolensces. Your family is continuously in my thoughts and prayers. Megan and her smile are forever ingrained in my memory and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to have been a part of her life.

Dear Paul, Debbie, and Morgan,
After attending the viewing, going to the service and visiting you personally I know Megan had a wonderful life and exceptional parents and a loving sister. You both have given your family and friends the strength to carry on and are such amazing and loving people and I know Megan was blessed in her life by you both. Megan was free to chose her own path in life and had such love and laughter in her home. Though her years were short it is evident life trully was good and that is because of her family she was so happy. Paul it has been a pleasure to work with you all these years and I thank you for your wonderful friendship. You both have honored Megan's life by your grace and love.
God Bless you all,

Dear Paul and Debbie and Morgan,
I just got off the phone with Mark and I cannot imagine how you put one foot in front of the other on this difficult day.

My heart is broken for all of you and I pray you will find a way to go on and make sense somehow of this senseless tragedy.

I think of Megan when she was here with us that Christmas. She was so cute because she stayed out to play hockey when all the other kids came in. I am sure that part of her was so precious and made you love her all the more.

I will not undermine or offend your loss by saying I can imagine how you feel because the moment my heart goes there I cannot bear the inkling or smidgen of it. It is too much. For me it is unimaginable. God help you.

But I must say that as Kitkat gets older she and Megan and Morgan look more and more alike and this coupled with Edward and her being almost the excact same age it is crushing.

Please be assured our hearts and prayers are with you, we love you.

We will lite a candle tomorrow at church and say a special prayer for Megan. Hey she`ll be well looked after if she runs into my brother up there. Heaven is full of wonderful people.

OMG when I heard the news I literally cried my eyes out. I am very sorry for the loss. Megan was one of my best friends. I feel like I couldn't live without her. We had so much fun together. Especially on the Washington D.C trip. That's where we really clicked. I will always remember that trip because Megan made it so much fun. My parents remember seeing her at the airport on the way to D.C. and they remember her bright smile. To the family, please take comfort in Jehovah God because he comforts us through hard times like this. (2 Corinthians 1:3,4). Something else that will bring you comfort is that there will be a resurrection. (John 5:28,29). Please accept my sympathies. I will NEVER forget her.

Megan Lee was one of my closest, dearest, and best friends. We officially met on the Washington D.C. trip, only a few months ago, but from the moment we met, I knew we had a connection. We had the same interests, the same hobbies, and we agreed on just about everything. I learned so much from Megan Lee, for she taught me a lot about life itself. I will never forget the awesome, smart, kind, and caring girl that I knew and loved as my best friend. God Bless the Lee family. I send you my highest sympathies.

To Megan and her family..

Life is but a stopping place,
A pause in what's to be,
A resting place along the road,
to sweet eternity.
We all have different journeys,
Different paths along the way,
We all were meant to learn some things,
but never meant to stay...
Our destination is a place,
Far greater than we know.
For some the journey's quicker,
For some the journey's slow.
And when the journey finally ends,
We'll claim a great reward,
And find an everlasting peace,
Together with the lord

My name is Victoria and i used to know your daughter. She was a wonderful, generous, girl. I loved her so very much and our prayers are with u and your family. Megan hardly ever thought of herself and she was a very good sport. When i heard the tragic news i cried for an hour and my mom had to have me go into the other room. She will always have a special place in my heart.:,( I know that this is a horrific time for u and i just wanted u to know that we are all here to help u through this time of need. I hope u enjoy this little poem i made just for u and Megan.
This is very hard to see
while you are watching over me,
I will miss you always
I'm watching over u in many ways,
I'm in a better place
and I wish u could see my face,
I am happy way up here
I just wish u could hear me clear,
I just wish that u could see
just how much fun Haven can be,
Don't forget when u are blue
that I'm watching over u,
Don't spend life crying over me
there's much in life to do & see,
The world will still go round
even if u no longer hear my sound.

I am so sorry for your loss. I have cried all night and day. I was on the scene right after it happened. My son, Cameron had gone to school with Megan since 3rd grade. She was in his class several years. I remember her from when I used to help out at Legend Springs. I am praying for your family in this extremely difficult time. May God's love surround you and I'm sure Heaven is a better place now. Words can't express my grief. It could just as easily been my son.
