I worked years ago with Fred at (MHS)Mental Health Services, Greenville, and enjoyed every moment. He was a great coworker, extremely kind, funny, and wise. When I was expecting my 2nd child, he would wait to leave, take my arm (in the winter), walk me safely to my car. I remember his VW he loved so much, my husband fixed a few times, so he could make it back home. He spoke highly of his family. Fred was a wise, kind, funny man, who truly helped many people. My deepest condolences to your family.
Condolences to Fred's family. Prayers to you all. Ron and Jean Costa.

DEEPEST SYMPATHY, AND MOST SINCERE CONDOLENCES TO FRED'S FAMILY, AND HIS MANY FRIENDS. IT WAS MY PLEASURE TO WORK WITH FRED FOR SEVERAL YEARS. FRED HAD A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR, AND AN INFECTIOUS LAUGH. THE WORLD WILL CERTAINLY BE A DARKER PLACE WITHOUT HIM. MAY HE REST IN ETERNAL PEACE……...
Dear Virginia and family,
My sincere condolences on your recent loss. Be assured that Fred is in my thoughts and prayers. He and I were colleagues at the RI Dept. of MHRH, for several years. He was truly a remarkable and unforgettable man.
